The Balkans

The Buffalo Brigade first saw action in the Balkans in 1943. The brigade was part of the Allied force that invaded Sicily and then Italy. The Buffalo Brigade fought in a number of key battles in Italy, including the Battle of Monte Cassino. In 1944, the brigade was transferred to the Balkans, where it fought against the German army in Greece, Yugoslavia, and Albania. The Buffalo Brigade played a key role in the liberation of Greece and Yugoslavia.

Moscow

In 1945, the Buffalo Brigade was transferred to the Soviet Union. The brigade was part of the U.S. force that fought in the Battle of Moscow. The Battle of Moscow was one of the largest and most important battles of World War II. The Buffalo Brigade fought bravely against the German army, but the Germans were eventually able to drive the Allies back. The Buffalo Brigade was forced to retreat to the Soviet Union, where it was regrouped and re-equipped.

Kursk

In 1943, the Buffalo Brigade was transferred to the Soviet Union. The brigade was part of the U.S. force that fought in the Battle of Kursk. The Battle of Kursk was one of the largest and most important battles of World War II. The Buffalo Brigade fought bravely against the German army, but the Germans were eventually able to drive the Allies back. Legacy
